1. Agreement

By accessing Planora, creating an account, or using the planner, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Planora Privacy Policy. Do not use Planora if you do not agree.

2. Beta service

Planora is currently offered as a public beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, limited, interrupted, or removed during development. We may update the interface, account limits, database structure, availability, or future pricing as the product evolves.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Planora to:

5. Your content

You retain responsibility for content you enter into Planora. You confirm that you have the right to use that content. You grant Planora the limited permission needed to store, process, display, synchronize, and back up the content solely to operate and improve the service.

6. Intellectual property

The Planora name, interface, branding, original software, and related materials are owned by DesignLab Creative Studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Planora or grant permission to copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service beyond normal authorized use.

7. Third-party services

Planora relies on providers such as Supabase, GitHub, Google, and transactional email services. Their availability, policies, and technical behavior may affect Planora. Use of third-party sign-in may also be subject to the provider’s terms.

8. Availability and backups

We aim to keep Planora available and protect user data, but the beta is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or permanent data retention. Users should keep independent copies of critical business information.

9. Free and future paid features

The public beta is currently free. Premium features, limits, subscriptions, or other paid offerings may be introduced later. No paid charge will be made without a separate, clear purchase or subscription action.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations, prolonged inactivity, or violations of these terms. You may stop using Planora at any time and request account deletion.

11. Disclaimers and limitation

Planora is provided on an “as available” basis during beta development. To the extent permitted by law, DesignLab Creative Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, missed publishing schedules, third-party outages, or damage caused by unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as Planora changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
