1. About Planora
Planora is a web-based social media content planning application created and operated by DesignLab Creative Studio. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Planora website, create an account, or use the planner.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Planora, we may process:
- Account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider, and account identifiers.
- Workspace information such as workspace names, social page names, platform labels, and settings.
- User-created content such as post titles, captions, notes, categories, dates, times, and workflow statuses.
- Basic technical and security information generated by our hosting, authentication, and database providers.
- Messages you send when requesting support or reporting an issue.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide account access, store and synchronize planner data, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, improve the beta, respond to support requests, and communicate important service or policy updates.
4. Authentication and service providers
Planora currently relies on third-party infrastructure to operate. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies:
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, realtime synchronization, and security controls.
- GitHub Pages for website hosting.
- Google, when Google Sign-In is enabled and selected by the user.
- Email-delivery providers such as Resend when transactional email is enabled.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate Planora, comply with applicable law, protect users or the service, or respond to a valid legal request.
6. Data security
Planora uses account-based authentication and database access controls, including row-level security policies. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should use strong, unique passwords and keep account credentials private.
7. Data retention and deletion
Account and planner information may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, backups, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us. Beta deletion tools may initially be handled manually.
8. Cookies and local storage
Planora may use browser storage and authentication cookies or tokens to keep you signed in, remember limited preferences, and maintain application functionality. These are used for service operation rather than third-party advertising.
9. Children
Planora is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. Do not create an account if you are not legally able to agree to these terms.
10. Beta changes
Planora is under active development. Features, providers, and data practices may change as the beta evolves. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
11. Contact
